Go to Account management → Account top-up to add money on your account.
You will see the available balance on the selected account and will be able to top it up (with a minimum of 2 euros) to make payments.
Please note: if you top up using a card with a different currency than the one of your HiPay account, your bank will charge you conversion and exchange fees.
Moreover, you can credit your account via a bank transfer using the following information:
Your HiPay account will then be credited upon reception of your transfer.
Bank transfers issued by a bank outside the SEPA area will be subject to fees based on the amount.
When making the transfer, select “Sender Pays”. Otherwise, we will also charge fees before crediting the money to your HiPay account.
