Contest a transaction

A transaction can be opposed by a client through their bank (chargeback). When that happens, we are now allowing internal teams to contest these chargebacks for the merchant.

Available only to internal users, the "contest" button in transactions allows them to signal a contestation on a chargeback. The user choses a reason for the contestation and can also leave a comment for the merchant. This way, the merchant can be informed right away that the contestation is in place.
