Dear partner,

In accordance with regulatory requirements, HiPay will perform its annual data center switchover operations on the following dates.

- Tuesday, October 27, 2020: switchover to the backup data center
- Thursday, October 29, 2020: switchback to the primary data center

Please note that HiPay uses the same IP address ranges and URLs for both data centers.
No action is required on your part.

For reference, here are HiPay’s IP address ranges:
46.182.40.0/21
185.242.128.0/22
195.158.240.0/23

Switchover and switchback operations will begin at 6:30 a.m. and should be over at 8:30 a.m. CET.
During these operations, brief service interruptions may occur (< 5 minutes).
